I understand how you feel. There comes a point where it is time to just stop communicating.
Sort of like this:

THANKS...it was her insinuation of my being a racist that made me end it..I told her her ignorance was showing..I’m REALLY tempted to send off that list of comments by RACIST democrats to her...but, I’m refraining....and yes, my blood pressure is now lowering. Hers, however, because she thinks she’s blocked (I really haven’t done it yet)....is probably still up there...LOL.
Is there some liberal training program that feeds these people the talking points? My liberal friends all fall back on exactly the same line of attack.

Please use these quotes at every occasion/location. I drip them out on the discussion boards in my local paper without personal comment. It has proved most effective.
I have many others from Democrats. These are just those of party leaders.
I am still building this list, and would appreciate anything you can add.
