MSNBC used computer-generated recreations to simulate the interviews and the events leading up to the account, as recounted by McVeigh.”
“computer-generated recreations” Hosted by MadCow?”
‘Nuff said, I think.
I thought that you were being sarcastic until I read the article. This creeps me out!
Never let an old crisis go to waste.
It was a very good program. Factual and pretty much down the middle. I think that the level of discourse on the fringes of both sides has gone over the top. (And BTW, I don’t consider the tea parties to be the fringe.) Both sides are guilty of ratcheting up the nasty nature of political discourse and there are those who aren’t able to control their conduct and who could do something stupid, although unlikely on the scale of McVeigh stupid. But we saw it recently in New Orleans with the beatdown of Jindal’s aide and her boyfriend. I think that the responsible leaders on both sides need to remind the whackos in their respective camps to remember that free speech is one thing, but Civil War II or TEOTWAWKI is not want anyone should want or pursue. The Constitution works. Vote ‘em out, convince others to do so. And persuasive argument isn’t yelling explitives in someone’s face, smearing blood on the Secy of State as she prepares to testify before Congress, or planning on assassinating cops like the yahoos in Michigan.
