U.S. Senate candidate Linda McMahon (R-Greenwich) said she supports President Barack Obamas proposal to double Americas exports over the next five years, indicating that Congress should approve pending trade agreements and continue to expand its relationship with China, the largest country in the world . . .
Mrs. McMahon said she has made tremendous progress since her entry into the race last September, when she trailed Mr. Simmons by 38 points in a poll conducted by Quinnipiac University.
She noted that she led Mr. Simmons by 10 points in the poll that Quinnipiac conducted last month . . .
CTMirror.com and The New York Times have reported that Mrs. McMahon might spend up to $50 million on the campaign, which would be by far a record in a Connecticut race.

Blumenthal is worse.
I guess.
She is totally clueless. Trying to out-pander the Democrats on left wing policies will only lead to defeat.

Because I live here.
Linda McMahon is being vetted by the CT Tea Party tomorrow in Waterbury from 1 to 2:30 PM
Courtyard by Marriott
Not to bag on the conservatives in CT, but like my CA we are out numbered. I always give my 100% support to the conservative during the primaries and hold my nose during the general. I also shake my head when I see states like ND, SD, NE, and the whole Midwest, MT, CO, and the whole west minus the coast states, WV, the whole south .... CONTINUE TO VOTE RATS FOR THE HOUSE AND SENATE!
It just makes no sense to me that we try to get conservatives out of liberal states but give the conservative states a pass with their ultra liberal bring home the bacon socialist rat representatives and senators.
I live in CA. It is what it is. I do all I can to get good conservatives but outnumbered is outnumbered whether you like it or not.
10 + million in LA county and millions more in the bay area (and no they are not all that conservative in those cesspools) out vote conservative OC (my home) and the rest of the states
Folks, I’m speaking to you as a Minnesotan who suffered thru four years of the bloviating idiocy that was Jesse Ventura’s term as Governor.
Please listen to me.
You do not want to vote for or support anyone who is involved in pro wrestling.
You will be eternally sorry if you do. I didn’t even vote for Ventura (aka Jesse “The Ass*ipe” Ventura) and eight years later, I’m still sorry.
Watch us!!
I lived in CA once. NV and AZ too. Moved back to my homestate of CT. The small towns here leave you alone (at least mine does). Put a 30 x 40 garden in the side yard, a couple hundred yards from the center of town and no one had anything to say but positive comments. My neighbor lost his wife a decade ago, let his Victorian go to hell, sold decoys on his front lawn and no one bothered him. He got it together finally and the place looks nice now. In CA and other states, they would have wrecked him before he could get on his feet.
Unlike New Jersey, we do have local control. When my taxes go up, its because of a couple hundred voters and I know who they are. Got slaughtered in CA by the state board of equalization, all the licenses I needed to do business and in AZ by the county (the BLM and EPA were always a threat too).
