The BIG issue is who did he lie to?

If he lied, clearly, to the FBI...it's without a doubt an impeachable offense.

He has not lied yet, unless what he told the FBI in his interview was not true. If so, he is guilty of obstruction of justice in interfering with the Blago investigation.

What is more interesting to me is now that the redacted portions are out, it will be VERY difficult for the court to refuse Blago’s demand that POTUS Barry testify. Once that happens, look for the gov’t to find a way to drop the charges or get Blago to plead to a minor charge to make everything go away.

The risk to Obama is both legal and political. From a legal standpoint, he could really be in trouble if he goes up and testifies and lies are told. If he tells the truth, it appears that will contradict all his public pronouncements about having nothing to do with helping Blago pick his successor. Even us dumb rubes in flyover country will not stomach obvious lies of this type from ol Barry.
