Really? I didn't know anything about this, but my son is a caddy, and he was checking the weather for our area, and I saw this alert.

We are in the zone, Huntsville, AL. They have already canceled Panopy, the arts festival, in downtown for today. They canceled yesterday, daughter was suppose to dance with her studio this afternoon. I hope they miss us, my next house will have a safe room or shelter, for now we just pray.

Nice to hear you have a safe room to go to, and hopefully you won't find it necessary to use. I'm praying for you too. We're in IL, and I really didn't know anything about this 'til just a few minutes ago. What's the weather like currently?

Just looking at Accuweather and looks like we are in store for some rocky weather here in Louisville. We have a good warning system, and have a basement. Right now it is just overcast.

We’re in the heavy thunderstorm area. Tornadoes south of us. Lord knows, we need the rain and a good two hour downpour to get rid of the pollen. Everyone use sense and stay away from windows when the wind is really high.

My grandson in Middle Tennessee has his Senior Prom tonight!

Central Alabama here.

Big storms last night around 4:00 AM, but not to bad since.

Cloudy and light sprinkles right now; rumbling thunder constant but no lightining visible. Winds are minimal.

The tornado sirens were going off full blast here in Meridian, Miss about an hour or so ago. There is damage reported in one part of town but not confirmed as tornado related. Weather is basically calm now a burst of rain now and then. NWS is warning of more to come later this afternoon!

YIKES to me!

We don’t have a safe room in this house, planning one when we build but with the economy we’ve postponed. Right now, just rain, clouds, and some thunder but it is getting closer. Thanks for the good thoughts. Here they take over all the networks and broadcast non-stop from when it hits the MS-AL state line until it reaches the AL-GA state line. I expect this will be happening soon.
