The guy on FOX NEWS said this afternoon that the wording of the AZ law mimics pretty much exactly the wording of the federal law. If that’s the case, why don’t we look that up and see if it’s true, send it to Jan and stick it in their faces. Then I heard Zero talking smack against this morning, I went ballistic. I HATE HIM.

C’mon folks, this is a political move. Word is Arpaio is going to announce his candidacy for Governor this week. Even he called it a political move on Brewer’s part. Yes, this bill is awesome and I thank Gov. Brewer for signing it. We need this bill in the 49 other states. But a place on her own re-election site where people can come and thank her and pat her on the back. You do realize by signing this you have signed yourself up for endless emails for Brewer’s re-election against primary opponent Joe Arpaio. Whatever, just wait a week.

I’ve heard the same thing.
I’ve also read the bill. It’s posted on the Arizona.gov site.

Looks fine to me. I’m no expert, though.
Let’s hope some judge doesn’t overturn it.

Everything you say could very well be true.
Honestly, I just don’t care.
Political move or not, this woman did something no other politician has had the cajones to do.
If showing some support while she’s undoubtedly getting vile, nasty emails means I have to receive emails from her campaign, I’m ok with that.

Will sign.

==> And it might not be a bad idea to buy products online from businesses in AZ to counteract the boycotts.

That’s her.

The rule-of-thumb when voting for Secretary of State in AZ is to ask yourself “Would this person be a good governor?”

Arizona’s had three SoS’s become Governor in the last twenty years (or so).
