Patrick asks what is the meaning of citizen means. Natural means pertaining of nature...by divine power, as opposed to artificial or acquired. Laws of nature cannot be over ridden by man made laws....LOL Know where this is going.
If your father was a natural citizen you are a natural citizen...as in John McCain. Native born means born in that country, like McCain...in Panama, but Natural born is your father needs to be a US citizen.
Patrick asks what is the importance of this...why was it put in the constitution? JB says if Barack if born in Hawaii he would be a native born of Hawaii but Natural born of his father who was a native of Kenya.
Guest says that Obama has duel citizenship which is a perfect example of why the founding fathers put this clause in the constitution. To prevent allegence to another country in the President.
Why have the courts decided that no one in America challenged this. Guest says prior to 1946 any individual could walk into court and present evidence.
His records are all sealed and according to both men the burden of proof rests on Obama.
