I have been simmering for some time about that article written by a current Marine, regarding theoretical confrontations between "resistors" and the Real Military, and how pitiful it would be.

True. Only an idiot would go after the military.

The correct targets are the soft ones. The journalism and political science faculty at the local college, the Organizer in your neighborhood that made his home into a local Obama Office, Media remote trucks, Cable head ends, all these share the blame for enabling this socialist coup.

Calls for "Armed Revolution" are silly, futile, and spare the parties really responsible. And the latter do not have tanks.

2007 Fort Dix attack plot

A group of six radical Islamist[1] men, allegedly plotting to stage an attack on the Fort Dix military base in New Jersey, United States, were arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on May 7, 2007. They were subsequently charged with planning an attack against U.S. soldiers. The alleged aim of the six men was said to be to "kill as many soldiers as possible".[2] Their trial began on October 20, 2008. [3]

Opening arguments were presented on October 20, 2008.
Assistant U.S. Attorney William Fitzpatrick said the defendants were inspired by jihad saying "Their motive was to defend Islam. Their inspiration was Al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden.

Spot on there. The globalist elite own the horses in the race. There are many U.S. goubmint 'officials' and even military generals and admirals who are members of the following one world order social clubs:

Council on Foreign Relations (est. 1921); Bilderberg Group (est. 1954); Trilateral Commission (est. 1973).

Some of them even have membership in all three of these clubs. This is how dedicated they are in the establishment of a one world government.

Next will be the Obama regime’s version of the Reichstag fire, to justify deploying the troops and “detaining” dissidents. What form will it take?

The media, pundits and politicians are all going out of their way to demonize Tea Partiers as violent, hate-filled racists. I'm astounded at how many people still get the majority (if not all) of their news from the mainstream talking heads and will unquestioningly believe such tripe if it is "reported" by their trusted news anchor. When the Reichstag incident DOES happen, it won't be too much of a stretch for these viewers to believe the reports that Tea Partiers are the culprits. The foundation has been laid...now it's just a waiting game.

I for one will not fire on citizens that are protesting peacefully. I will defend the base I am stationed at and prevent anyone from unlawfully entering it. I do not fear the TEA partiers as I am one. Obama is looking for an “enemy” that he can galvanize support for his thugocracy around. I wouldn’t put it past one of his cronies to set off an incendiary device or even an explosive device somewhere in a federal building just to instigate a crisis to take advantage of.
