We have high risk insurance in California. It’s called MR Mip. It was initially hard to get into but not now. Around $500.00 to $1000.00 a month for premiums.
Not quite the maximum $100.00 Obama supporters were willing to pay for insurance is it?
Some people could have health insurance but they would rather have a new car or vacations than pay premiums. Then they get sick and all of a sudden it is a problem that taxpayers must take care of.
He cant. The Legislature is not in session.””
Nevada legislature is also NOT in session. Governor Gibbons sent an official letter instead.
Perry sent lawyers instead - remember, Texas was one of the first states to sue over Obamacare.
I disagree that this rises to the level of necessity for a special session (particularly since Perry has already sent lawyers to fight Obamacare), plus remember the antics of the Dems the last few times around. There’s an election coming up and many of them will be losing their positions, so then will be time to deal with it.
I’m not a huge Perry fan, but there isn’t much he can really do under Texas law.
He’s already said that, repeatedly.
The other article indicated that he just wanted more time. Thanks for the link.
