According to radio reports, the deputy has been rescued, is at the Casa Grande Medical Center.
Troops, including a chopper team, are out looking for the criminals.
The chopper team located th creeps, who are right now shooting at the helicopter!

They will be losing daylight in a short while. That will make the search more difficult.
Maybe the perp will sneeze or something to give himself away.
audio feed back on, two special operation officers following what seems to be a dry stream bed. Only two, and the helicopter camerman “copied” an instruction to zoom out quickly if gun play occurs.
Local news just said they are drug smugglers.
Hope they find them lasso them and haul their sorry @$$es across the border and drop them from the helo.
We have been nice for too long. Time to protect our own.

Now, they are looking around a specific area.
