One of the constitutional requirements for the office of the presidency is that he be a "natural born citizen." This was put into place by the founders to keep foreigners or persons who do not bear a non-questionable allegiance to the US Constitution out. Obviously, and admittedly Barack Hussein Obama was born to a foreign citizen and is not 100% American. He's half-American, half-African and all Marxist. He obviously bears no allegiance whatsoever to the US Constitution and is working overtime to destroy it. He's a usurper and should be removed from office. He is exactly the kind of fraud/usurper the founders feared.
I wish he would go to Zimbabwe or Haiti. He can come back only after he "fixed" either of those economies.
Maybe so, Drew, but we cannot say the same about Obama with 100% certainty, because we do not know for 100% where he was born, nor do we know for 100% certain who his biological parents were.

Obama has painted himself into a corner where there is now only one way to save our country... his removal, period.
I would assume that, should we win the U.S. House in 2010,
one option would be to start a House Committee Investigation into the entire issue and subpoena his BC from Hawaii.
Would one of our Freeper lawyers on line, care to give a legal opinion regarding this option?
From all that I've read, he was raised to be purely Anti-American in every way, shape, and form.

Unfortunately removing Obama from office will never happen. Cities all across
America would burn. I honestly believe Obama could commit murder and still not
be removed, there is just that much stupidity and corruption in the democratic
party.

And we will have a chance to do that two years from November. Until then we're stuck with him.

Was your son's mother a naturalized American citizen at the time of his birth?
If so, then yes, he's a Natural Born Citizen of this country, and bears the qualification to hold the office of president.
If not, then he's a Native Born Citizen, at best, and does not bear the qualification required by the Constitution.
Now, as long as we are on the subject of illegal immigration, I would like to say it seems very convenient that McCain seems to emphasize (for the first time ever?) how important it is that we secure our southern border. IN 2008, he was a media darling right up until he got the Republican nomination. This means so much. They like McCain. What better indictment could there be?

He and his yay-hoos want to pretend that all of us are stupid enough to believe that a jpeg image of a questionable COLB on a hack website should be considered a birth certificate, and therefor proof of him being a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.
The fact remains that Maobama has yet to prove he's a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. This is something that his flying monkeys want to deny, and something that simpletons like Glenn Beck and O'Reilly can't (or won't) grasp.

And tragically he is protected in force by nearly 100% of the American media and every judge thus far tested on the issue. It would seem that only removal from office the old fashioned way will do the trick. But 3 more years is an awful lot of time to give someone bent upon the destruction of our nation. Only a major victory for the republican party this November can hope to tie the hands of this Marxist thug. That is, large enough to render impotent even the habitual RINO sell outs. Now, if republicans will only grow a spine in the meantime, a victory of that magnitude could come about.
It would not have been possible to elect Obama to President unless the Press deliberately sought to ignore the huge gaps in previously "required" info about a person who would be President. Like so many other situations where it is impolite to inquire about a fact that is normally needed, you can bet that sensitivity is covering a fraud.
The problems with his record are so obvious that eventually, this situation has to come apart. A symptom of this is the current cheating allegation that doesn't expose the deeper issues, but puts more blood in the water.
Ultimately, we each must stand up and declare that the Man who would be Emperor has no clothing.
Your take on this is the same as mine: the birth certificate is a smoke screen. The real disqualification is the British citizenship of his father.
IMO, top level DC politicians and intelligence agencies have to know the truth.
