Now, as long as we are on the subject of illegal immigration, I would like to say it seems very convenient that McCain seems to emphasize (for the first time ever?) how important it is that we secure our southern border. IN 2008, he was a media darling right up until he got the Republican nomination. This means so much. They like McCain. What better indictment could there be?

The fact remains that Maobama has yet to prove he's a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. This is something that his flying monkeys want to deny, and something that simpletons like Glenn Beck and O'Reilly can't (or won't) grasp.

And tragically he is protected in force by nearly 100% of the American media and every judge thus far tested on the issue. It would seem that only removal from office the old fashioned way will do the trick. But 3 more years is an awful lot of time to give someone bent upon the destruction of our nation. Only a major victory for the republican party this November can hope to tie the hands of this Marxist thug. That is, large enough to render impotent even the habitual RINO sell outs. Now, if republicans will only grow a spine in the meantime, a victory of that magnitude could come about.
It would not have been possible to elect Obama to President unless the Press deliberately sought to ignore the huge gaps in previously "required" info about a person who would be President. Like so many other situations where it is impolite to inquire about a fact that is normally needed, you can bet that sensitivity is covering a fraud.
The problems with his record are so obvious that eventually, this situation has to come apart. A symptom of this is the current cheating allegation that doesn't expose the deeper issues, but puts more blood in the water.
Ultimately, we each must stand up and declare that the Man who would be Emperor has no clothing.
Your take on this is the same as mine: the birth certificate is a smoke screen. The real disqualification is the British citizenship of his father.

All you need to know is that children are very impressionable and that 0bama is pro-Muslim and pro-Jihad because that is the religion of his youth. He took Koran classes in Indonesia and had two Muslim fathers. He lived in a Muslim nation. His mother loved living and "helping” in two Muslim nations where she did field work for the Ford Foundation. Indonesia and Pakistan. I have read that 0bama's mother met Tim Guithner's father who administered Asian Ford Foundation projects from Thailand where Tim Guithner went to high school.Obama's mother never returned to America to live. She loved living with Muslims too much. She felt a kinship with the third world. She went native at a young age marrying a black African, unheard of back then. Obama's entire upbringing was extremely multi-cultural compared to someone who was born in Indiana or Wisconsin in 1961. Even back then Hawaii was very multi-cultural and not a real American state in my book. Obama grew up in Hawaii and even worse, in Indonesia. You can't find another US President with such a background. Bill Clinton had his traitorous moments but at least he had a solid American upbringing to the point where he was big enough in the Boy Scouts to get to shake hands with President Kennedy. At a Boy Scouts Jamboree I believe.
Living in Indonesia from age 6 to 10, Obama went to Koran recitation classes. This is where young Muslims memorize and recite the Koran in Arabic. This mindless repetition is bound to penetrate a young skull and stay with you. Another problem is 0bama did drugs when he was young and his brain still forming. He smoked pot and did cocaine and was idiot enough to write about this in his biographies.

I agree, if in fact Obama is not legally eligible he needs to be removed ASAP. I believe that is unlikely to happen at this point. The reason is that all of the elected officials from the US House and Senate, state governments and everyone else in a law enforcement capacity who has taken and sworn the Constitutional oath should have acted on this before now. They all can now be considered complicit in the Obama eligibility fraud/cover up. Their none action now has reached the point of self incrimination for everyone them. The only hope of our constitution guarantees of equal justice under US law is for the military to seize power or for an all out revolt by the US citizens. Otherwise we are stuck with the situation as we watch Obama and the rest in DC continue taking this country’s security, financial well being and our liberties to ruin.
It's always come down to the question of how? ... that's all the argument has ever been here... nothing more and nothing less.
And the issue has somewhat "divided" into two sub-categories, too. One category has been to "see the birth certificate" and the second category is his "natural born status" per his father's citizenship.
The first category has been totally unsuccesful in seeing the birth certificate (which I've asked for, prior to the election, but saw that fail). That's why I have always said that the solution for the first category is to make it a state law to require a candidate's birth certificate to be shown, or else he cannot be on the ballot. That's a "structural way" to definitely get the birth certificate out in public -- guaranteed, 100%.
However, I don't think the real issue with Obama's qualifications per the Constitution is going to be solved by seeing the birth certificate. I think all that anyone is going to see is that Obama was born in Hawaii and that his father was not a citizen of the U.S. at the time he was born.
So, that brings up the second category (of this overall issue) -- that "natural born status" of Obama, given that his father was not a U.S. citizen at the time Obama was born.
To me, that's been the "crux of the issue" all along.
And that brings me right back to the "how" question. I've said in several posts that the "how" would have to be -- some case brought before the court, in which you know either side would not "give up" and would thus "appeal" the case -- and therefore, it would be appealed all the way up to the Supreme Court, for a decision on that court case.
That's the "how" of the matter as I see it. But, I don't look at that particular "how" -- to be very comforting or reassuring or likely to succeed in getting Obama out of office. For one thing, one doesn't even know if the Supreme Court will even "hear" such a case. They should..., but one just doesn't know.
Remember, I believe that not a single person here (who is a FReeper) wants to keep Obama in office, the only real question is how to get him out of office.
I've posted recently that from my viewpoint it will take two things to get Obama out of office. One is getting that state law passed that requires a candidate to show his birth certificate or else he cannot be on the ballot in that state.
The second is to "vote him out of office" -- because I don't see a Supreme Court decision coming sooner than the next Presidential Election arrives. So, I expect to see the next Presidential Election as the next opportunity to get Obama out of office.
BUT, if someone else has some methodology to do that sooner, then they better get to working mighty fast, because the next Presidential Election is not going to be that far away. I believe "campaigning" for it -- will begin in maybe 12 months from now, with "candidates" who are undeclared (but you know they're "running") doing so right now.
Maybe we could find a SOS to sue the dems and bo for fraud, the only thing that can happen is SCOTUS getting the case, they are going to have to settle this someday.

I think both the Birther and the “father being a British citizen” need to be pursued....one will eventually cause some judge or election official to actually investigate the issue
The most troubling aspect of the whole Obama Eligibility issue is with the Obama Enablers in the GOP and the so-called “conservative” pundits. Doesn’t anyone find it odd that some media wonk would spend four hours a day telling you how “Obama is a Commie”...yet ridicule and clam up whenever the Eligibility question is mentioned?
Most of us know Obama is a Commie.....instead of scribbling up a chalkboard with stuff that is not relevant to anyhting in particular....how about honestly discussing a real issue?

To those Obama Enablers who claim that “we cannot remove a sitting President”.....are totally forgetting that the Eligibility issue can (and will) keep him off the ballot in 2012. Keeping Obama off the ballot in 2012 will be so important.
