WASHINGTON The Supreme Court on Monday decided to let stand a ruling saying the Boy Scouts cannot lease city-owned parkland in San Diego because the group is a religious organization.
The high court refused to hear an appeal from San Diego-area Boy Scouts who have traditionally leased Balboa Park camp space.

Just what is the “gay agenda”? To force normal people to say that they are normal? Not me. Never.
Very simple. They we out with action & money rather than posting on a web site & sending an E-Mail.
And, they didn't.
I am sure that in this depressed economy the Leftwingtard/gay crowd that runs San Diego will not maintain the facility which will now fall into decay, become dangerous, and result in incredibly ruinous liability lawsuits.
BUT, from WHAT religion??? The Boy Scout religion?? They mentioned God. Is HE a religion?
Then the U.S. Senate and Congress are religious organizations too, since prayers are said before each session.
Quick, move them off federal property.
The Boy Scouts is NOT a religious organization. They simply respect God and country like the majority of U.S. Citizens do. And today, I’m surprised that isn’t an outright crime.
He BETTER blame those who let it happen. I think you meant to say, "Is God going to blame all of us BECAUSE THIS happened?" Right?
Everything below Marin County, across to Placer county.
You could say the USSC is a religious organization as the 10 commandments are on the walls of its building.

At this point I can't see how a return to a real moral foundation - which is the only foundation that supports life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness - is possible without Divine intervention. I really don't. If anyone can come up with alternatives, please let me know.
Unfortunately, there are active leaders within the BSA who disagree with the BSA’s official position. I hope the BSA doesn’t allow them to take over and change its policy.
Yet just the city of San Diego did gave land and permission to a group of Palestinian Muslims who asked to construct a “House of Palestine” on in San Diego’s Balboa Park, even though there is no such country as Palestine. All the rest of the houses in the House of Pacific Relations portion of the park are representatives ofbona fide actual countries. Visitors stop by these houses to hear about the countries, see diplays and have snacks. The city of San Diego did not heed protests objecting to such a house; the aim of the request to build it was nothing but a naked propanda ploy by the Palestinian Arab propaganda machine to try to legitimize those pushing for a separate, terrorist Palestinian state. The city let it happen and the house was built and guess where? Right smack next to the House of Israel. The Palestinian group that had the money to built the house built theirs bigger and fancier than the tiny House of Israel. So the Boy Scouts of America, who train in skills, patriotism, and clean living are no longer welcome to meet as a group in their longtime home in Balboa Park, but the hate mongering, anti-Semitic, terrorist trainers are welcomed with open arms. The only goal of pushing for a separate Palestinian state is to destroy Israel.
That’s right.
There are a few Scout supporters around San Diego County that offer access to their private land to support the Scouts. It is much appreciated, but is also a very long drive from San Diego. The pool is/was a critical resource in teaching swimming and lifesaving merit badges. When not used for merit badge classes, the pool was open for use by the general public. That was actually most of the time. The rest of the camp is picnic tables and nature trails. All maintained using Scouts doing service projects. A small store is/was also on the camp to sell uniform insignia and awards patches for all scouting organizations. There was nothing that excluded use of the facility by any group.
