I found this picture from that Hispanic AARP website very telling:

They are a distinct minority. Republicans remind me of the factory owner who when told that he was losing five cents a widget and responded, "Don't worry, we'll make it up in volume."
Unless the Republicans slow down the rate of immigration, legal and illegal, they will become the permanent minority party. And as Professor Gimpel indicated, the latest immigrants are even more Dem than their predecessors. I blame groups like La Raza and the Dem party for fostering this group identity and class of victims. It is a powerful force that can Balkanize this country. What is happening is unprecedented in our history. We are being colonized.

We are being colonized. I agree. And, let's not fool ourselves into thinking the invaders want just the American Southwest to fulfill their mythical Aztlan fantasy. They want the whole of America.

Latino giant?
Really? Why would we tolerate this? Were we asked if we wanted this? Are we willingly just giving up our nation?
To: ScottinVA
Scary stuff. This is the result of a broken planned immigration policy that, over the years, has been allowed to get out of hand worked just as the democrats desired. Demographics is destiny.

(The immigrant, legal or illegal, is always right -- and the native-born citizen's always wrong.)

"Can anyone honestly look at this situation and see how the Republic is going to survive beyond 20 more years?"I can look at the situation and see how a foreign country can take over The United States from within, without a shot being fired.
We're letting it happen.

The issue is not illegals any more. We have 1 million legal aliens a year and they have more children than the natives.

Name one member of Congress who is calling for a reduction in total immigration after deporting illegals. Name one calling for an Americanization program for all aliens.
