This is a video of Harry James McCullough's attorney explaining what happened in the Nebraska Walgreen shooting. It takes a long time to load, and you have to watch a commercial first, but I found it fascinating because it had all kinds of details missing from the news reports. It did miss that one of his rounds went down the barrel of the short barreled shotgun.
If one of his rounds went down the barrel of the shotgun, it must have been pointed at him. Sounds like he did the right thing for sure. I’m surprised the perp managed to stagger so far outside the store.
I’ll bet it never crossed the mind of the first perpetrator when he pulled up in the parking lot that he wouldn’t make it out of the same parking lot alive. Live by the sword, die by the sword.
Sounds like a an excellent shoot. Not to mention gutsy.
You can take fatal shots and still live for up to a minute while bleeding out. Lot of blood in larger people.
Excellent job and it reflects well on the attorney. Plus the self-defense shooter did the right thing; he didn’t go to the press himself, he got a lawyer and let him do the speaking.
