WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court has let stand a ruling saying the Boy Scouts cannot lease city park land in San Diego because the group is a religious organization. The high court refused to hear an appeal from San Diego-area Boy Scouts.

The US Supreme Court disappoints on this decision, but I am sure there is celebrating at the White House and Democrat halls of Congress.
crickets...
If they are a religious group they cannot be sued for refusing to use gays as leaders, can they?
and they are therefore free to practice their religion, including not using gays as adult leaders.
That is the silver lining I was thinking about this ridiculous ruling. The antiscouts may have gone one lawsuit too far...
Another left wingnut scam using the courts....
Sad for the Boy scouts.
Never in a million years should the boy scouts hire homosexual men. NAMBLA chicken hawks are taught how to rape children as young as toddlers and not get caught for gosh sakes!
Having said that, I heard the Court let the ruling stand because the boy scouts skipped over the 9th circuit(?) (obviously, that would have been a waste of time and finance, but I guess there's a legal path that's suppose to be followed anyway).
They have to go back and do it again.
According to various sites, the girl scouts paid staff is 80% lesbian. After I read it, the girl scouts quickly went onto my black list. I'll never buy another girl scout cookie, and I pass the info on to anyone considering it as well. I think people should know about it.
Just like gay priests are not pedophiles...Oh, wait a minute!
How sad. I have many fond memories scouting at that camp.
I still don’t get out the city government is allowed to discriminate against religious groups. Although I think it is because they won’t sign the city’s lease policies that include non-discrimination promises that the Boy Scouts can’t accept, seeing as such inclusion led to homosexual leaders who abused kids which just cost the Boy Scouts millions of dollars in a lawsuit in Washington.
Scouts
Do you have a credible source for that?
