I’ve tried reading every link etc and have not found any info that John Hemenway’s death was self-inflicted. Did you post a link or could you if you didn’t yet?

I didn’t heard about it, but I do know the Commonwealth attorney down there and he does not play games. I will see what I can find.

So were two openly gay men from Obama’s old “church”.
I was actually just reviewing information on Donald Young’s murder a couple weeks ago. There was a second man - also openly gay, also a member of Obama’s old “church” who was killed during the campaign as well. The two murders prompted the GLBT community in Chicago to become afraid there was a “serial killer” beginning to target gays living openly in the community...
The blogs are jumping the gun on this incident, as there haven’t been any news reports (yet) or any press releases (that I know of).
All we know is there was a shooting, the identity and relationship of the victim, and that local law enforcement considers it at this point to be self-inflicted.
One example that goes beyond that, is the blog at http://americangrandjury.org/ which titles the incident as a “murder”.
An editor there (or the listed writer, Bob Campbell of Nogales) might be asked how they came to their conclusion, before any additional and unnecessary grief might come to the Hemenway family.

I forgot about the guy who they found floating in the Chicago River. IIRC (without Googling) he was involved in the School District(s)? He was scheduled to testify in the Blago trial, though...
I think that list may be a good idea. They are starting to add up (just like the Arkancides).
