You guys are harsh.
I have been a woman on this earth and known allot of men.
I have been shocked by some of the guys who have misinterperted my friendship and asked if I wanted to have sex knowing that I am a practicing Catholic (they were not Christians that I know of).
The shock is I AM not attractive at all, I dress well/groomed ect but even the best fashion and grooming cant hide fat/short/aged.
Must be my beatiful eye color. /sarc
There are allot of Lazmatazs in this world when it comes to sexual gradification.

Not everyone can be good looking. But if you are going to wear this shirt you should be.
If you’re fat and/or ugly you need to playdown your weaknesses and build up your strengths (eyes, personality, smile, hair style, etc...) But DON’T draw attention to the parts of your body that people will think GROSS!
It’s a funny shirt but she should have stayed out of the court room
I accompanied my son to TRAFFIC court in San Bernardino last week and you couldn’t get in the court room if you weren’t the offender. If you were to be in the court room you could NOT be wearing a tank top, a hat/cap, shorts, or sandals. If you weren’t properly attired the bailiff would not allow you in and you had to go back upstairs to reschedule your appearance.

AFAIK, I don't know anyone who even owns a t-shirt like that, much less wear it in public.
BTW: Practicing Catholics like sex too. They just need to make it to confession in another town to get forgiveness to be ok with it.

The young “lady” got due process. The same process that’s been used in British and American courts for centuries. The judge defends the decorum of the court and the law for which it stands. Those in contempt of that decorum and that law are summarily punished. You don’t care for that system?

I like to read slogans on t shirts that people find amusing enough to wear in public.

Not only do I hold by that assesment, I will properly ridicule any idiot who attempts to deflect from the very real incapacity to make proper judgements that this incident revealed in the magistrate.
I beleive in the principal of limited government, and use of minimim required force by such government.

I think many here just thought it a bit harsh to stay in jail overnight.
It also suggests to me that is not a judge a criminal would want handed a sentence down from.
Had this been a defendant guilty of some horrible crime we would be happy to have this judge.
My opinion (not that it is important) is having her leave the court room would in itself have been humiliating enough to get the message across.
I can think of another President.
