If that is the case, couldn’t they be put to death for treason?
{Last I heard, economic warfare _IS_ warfare and therefore if they engaged in such a war against the currencies of the United States they ARE waging war against the US; as well as giving aid and comfort to our enemies.}
If Treason wouldn’t stick, what would? Fraud? Operating under color of office, maybe? Conspiracy? Conspiracy to defraud the United States of America?
