LOL, I don’t their is an Israeli alive that believes that BO would aid them in the event of being attacked by muslim countries.

At this juncture, do any of US believe BO would aid and assist Israel if it came down to that?

He has been quite busy extending his hand to Muslim countries and people of Muslim descent with whom he familiarizes himself. The back door exit for Israel at the White House and the refusal to take photos together was indicative of his line of reasoning.

And here is one of those terms:

Article X

1. Each Party shall in exercising its national sovereignty have the right to withdraw from the Treaty if it decides that extraordinary events, related to the subject matter of this Treaty, have jeopardized the supreme interests of its country. It shall give notice of such withdrawal to all other Parties to the Treaty and to the United Nations Security Council three months in advance. Such notice shall include a statement of the extraordinary events it regards as having jeopardized its supreme interests.

The NPT doesn't require that the other signatories 'approve' the reasons for the withdrawal.

Nor does it require signatories to divest themselves of any nukes.
