‘I just heard that John Hemenway’s younger son, also named John, was shot to death outside Bedford, Virginia. John Hemenway is the attorney who filed the Quo Warranto lawsuit against Obama. I just got off the phone and there’s an autopsy going on…’.
We were originally advised that the Memorial is on 5th May, but this information has been updated: it’s on the 4th. We are in touch with parties quite close to the family and as the matter is so extremely sensitive, we are holding back on further details until we can obtain the go-ahead, if that is granted. In the meantime,
here’s the Memorial announcement: HEMENWAY JOHN MARTIN HEMENWAY (Age 47) On April 30, 2010 of Bedford, VA. Beloved husband of 7 years to Stephanie; loving father of Andrew Branham Hemenway; devoted son of John and Betty Hemenway; beloved brother of Catherine and Edward Siewick, Jane and John Sullivan, David and Margaret Hemenway and Fielding Williams. Pre-deceased by his beloved sister Mary Joyce Hemenway Williams. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Memorial Service on Tuesday, May 4, at 4:30 p.m. at Otterville United Methodist Church, Bedford, VA. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the John M. Hemenway Camp CHILD Scholarship for special needs children c/o Bedford Primary School, 807 College Street, Bedford, VA 24523.

I must admit that I was skeptical of the birther issue before but this makes me think there is really something to it.
I think it was irresponsible of the blog to title it’s report “murder,” when all that could be confirmed (a couple days ago) is that there was a shooting. You can order a copy of the “public” version of a report by mail from the local Sheriff’s office.
A bit of context on the shooting would be helpful.
Facts? They don’t need no stinkin’ facts. This is a conspiracy thread.
I'm not discounting the need for additional facts regarding this incident. But as this appears to involve a (potentially) sensitive family situation, it should be handled carefully.
One method, would be to contact the Sheriff's office and request that they issue an official press release on the facts of the incident. Or order a copy of the "public version" from the incident report or the coroner's report.
But until you have more data supporting a claim of "murder," it's premature (and potentially harmful to the family) to reach that conclusion.

We’re all waiting for facts. Just like we’ve been waiting for facts on Obama’s eligibility, unwilling to go on mere contradictory hearsay.
The initial report said there was an autopsy being performed. If there was any kind of suicide note or anything like that they would probably not do an autopsy. The implication was that this was not a suicide.
If you’ve seen “Left Behind” you’ll remember the scene where Nikolai Carpathia observed the “suicide” of the big banker.
Like Vince Foster’s “suicide” - where his car only appeared in the Ft Marcy Park AFTER the cops were there to investigate the “suicide”, where his blood ran uphill, and where photos were taken of the black gun which Foster’s wife later identified as her husband’s silver gun.
But we are still waiting to hear the facts in this case. If the government holds true to the pattern they will tell us it’s none of our stinking business.
He wasn’t near Ft Marcy Park, was he?
Savage and Rusty Humphries might pick this up. None of the others will touch it.
Jim Quinn out of Pittsburgh will probably be all over it, too.
these articles seem to have been removed from all the sites that come up in a search. Can anybody verify that this actually happened, and that the person is actually related to the spokesperson?

Does not matter if there is a suicide note or not, there would still be an autopsy.
More disconcerting is that this lunacy is being tolerated by management.
Fair question, but its premature for a conclusion.
Bedford County isn't that large (wikipedia stated population 60,000 in 2000 census) so it wouldn't have law enforcement and coroner resources comparable to much larger jurisdictions.
So a wait of a few weeks, for returns of toxicology analyses and other data, wouldn't be unusual before an official Coroner's Report could be issued.
Efforts may be better focused for details from a report from the Sheriff's office.
Let us know if you learn anything. We’re all interested to know more; there’s just nothing to be found at this point.

I'm not planning on following up on this report, until and unless additional facts are released by appropriate authorities.
But you can inquire for yourself, just contact the Sheriff's office (or the Coroner) and ask what is the procedure to do that.
