Just flipped on the tv, came to FR, did a search and found this from May 4th: Times Square car bomb suspect reportedly sketched map depicting Staten Island Ferry
No more yet, they are interviewing passengers who say that "the ferry SPED UP and hit the dock..."
TIN FOIL HAT ON.
Witnesses say the boat actually sped up before reaching the dock. A witness at the terminal said everyone went running out of the terminal, thinking the boat was going to crash right through it.
A witness on the ferry said people flew across the floor as the boat hit the dock.

One woman said it was like ‘9-11’.
Already CNN and MSNBC in ‘damage control’ mode .....
Although news outlets are reporting critical injuries, Mayor Bloomberg said there are no critical injuries...
CNN was reporting 95% were not injured
A desk reporter said that clearly is not true and that at least 25% were injured.
Just saw this text on the bottom of the CNN screen: “Passenger reports seeing fire come from back of ferry.” That’s not an exact quote, but the gist of it. FWIW
“Sources tell NY1 that a Staten Island Ferry boat involved with a fatal 2003 crash lost power and crashed into a dock at the St. George Ferry Terminal this morning, and fire sources say at least 60 people were injured.
Passengers on the boat told NY1 that the Andrew J. Barberi ferry boat picked up in speed as it approached the Staten Island dock, and then crashed at 9:25 a.m.
“Everything was smooth sailing.... Then as we approached the dock, it started speeding up,” said passenger Alex Gonzalez.
Passengers told NY1 there were no announcements made on the boat, and that some people were screaming, “Get away from the windows.”
“Then it was like everybody braced themselves,” said Gonzalez. “[The crash] was so hard it threw you back.”
A woman waiting at the ferry terminal told NY1 that a “black plume of smoke” emerged from the back of the ferry boat.
At least 10 people have been seriously hurt, and the ferry boat was damaged above the water line, according to fire sources.
Emergency personnel are currently at the terminal and several people were laid out by the dock in stretchers. Other victims are seated in wheelchairs and were given oxygen.
“It puts you in the mind of 9/11, when you see them carried off the boat on stretchers,” said a woman who was waiting at the ferry terminal.

I’m feeling more and more natural waring my tin foil hat, now-a-days.
It has changed from Ferry Crash to ‘hard landing’...BWAHAHAHAA
Could just be the modern world winding down... a piece here, a piece there and soon we're in the last chapters of Atlas Shrugged.
MSNBC just reported 37 injuries mostly head and neck and a Triage has been set up.
Shouldn’t that be hard docking?
A bridge was lowered to keep the Ferry from running into the terminal.
