The problem is that you can’t vote out someone else’s elected representative. They are happy with the corruption if it benefits them. The only answer is term limits.

“I hope he drives Texas to secede.”

If need be, not a problem!

0bama is our first Affirmative Action President. Obviously, the majority of voters did not believe executive experience was necessary for the election.

Term limits sounds great in theory but fails in practice. Change the congressman and you still have lobbyists and staff employed to “help” the next one.

The problem is not how long a person serves in office. The problem is they have too much power, which helps them get rich off our backs. They have pay and benefits that are outrageous. If we want to get rid of them, take away their power and money. They will leave willingly without them.

Hear, hear!

I hope you will attend the GOP state assembly on May 22nd. If you are not a delegate, for the first time ‘guest’ passes are available for $10.

If you ARE a delegate, I hope to see you there.

The truly frightening reality of all this is that Obama was elected in the first place. Obama is the most unqualified and the most radical person to be elected POTUS in the history of the United States.

You're right, that is truly frightening. That he was nominated, campaigned and elected to office with NO background check, no background at all, bragged about being a Kenyan when running for Senate, brought NO RESUME to the biggest, most important job on the ENTIRE PLANET....WTFH?

“I’m hope against hope that Mitt Romney isn’t the nominee in 2012 for this reason.”

I don’t think Mitt has a chance to be the Repub nominee, Romneycare will be his albatross. Here’s my list of those I’m hoping run for the Repub nod, in no particular order:

Paul Ryan
Mike Pence
John Thune
Jim DeMint
Tim Pawlenty
Bobby Jindal
Haley Barbour
Mitch Daniels
Chris Christie
Sarah Palin

I will not vote for Mitt Romney or Huckster, no chance, no how, no way. I’ll still vote in 2012 if either is the nominee, but I’ll leave the presidential column blank.

Obama lied his way into the Oval Office, no doubt about it, but unfortunately for him most voters now either think he’s a liar or are starting to question his veracity. I tell friends all the time that I think Obama lies so much and so often that he makes Bill Clinton look like a saint.

Lucky you. My Congressman is Rusty Carnahan (MO-3) As far as I’m concerned he’s dead meat.
