Agreed, Shapiro treats anyone who wants to take this subject seriously as an alarmist.
That does seem to be the core Obama strategy. When the underwear bomber was arrested after his bomb failed to go off Napolitiano claimed everything worked as it should have...which is proof their strategy is just that...hope the bombs don't go off.
