she’s a homosexuals activist who used her position while at Harvard and for this she should step down from this nomination.

she used her position at Harvard to further the homosexual agenda and damn right this needs to be looked at and spoken about as if she does this then how can anyone expect her to be fair when a homosexuals case comes before her

it also plays into her mental state and anyone who is having sex with the same sex is certainly not right in the head regardless if a conservative is friends with one at the office or neighbor

Nah, burning someone for a curable disease is not a good use of resources.
First we need to recognize (again) that homosexuality is a mental illness.
Then we need to make reparative therapy (either secular or religious, both have been proven effective) more widely available.
AND we need to stop enabling them to remain ill. A practicing homosexual should be shunned from society and totally barred from any contact with children.
In order to eradicate any disease one of the first steps is to stop the spread of it.
Perhaps one day you'll see that the two go hand in hand.
