Of course, David Souter had judicial experience out to here, and nobody here, and I mean nobody, is going to say that guy was a better Supreme Court justice than, for instance, Thomas or Scalia. Kagan's problem isn't that she's never been a judge. Kagan's problem is that she's a leftist political hack.
