Iran Strikes Saudi Arabia As Oil Crisis Deepens (Criswell Predicts-February 27, 2011)
Adbusters Magazine ^ | May 14, 2010

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia -- Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) attacked vital Saudi Arabian oil infrastructure today in a move analysts fear will escalate the growing conflict in the Persian Gulf and further deepen the worldwide oil crisis.

Several Iranian surface-to-surface missiles struck the Saudi Arabian oil processing facility at Abqaiq at approximately 3:30 a.m. Iranian authorities claimed the strike was in retaliation for Saudi Arabia granting the Israeli Air Force (IAF) permission to cross through its airspace en route to bombing Iranian nuclear facilities two weeks ago.

"They committed an act of war in aiding the Zionist attack and we have responded," said Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

I feel so confident that the kenyan has this problem well in hand. Maybe if we just talk to them without any preconditions. Yeah that’s the ticket.

Not an unlikely scenario. However, I really don’t think the Navy would intervene. After all, Sec Gates and the Os say we have too big a Navy and we shouldn’t intervene in local issues.

Until they have their nukes, I don’t think Iran wants to mess with the Saudis.

Saudi Arabia has 150 F-15s half of which are F-15E’s, experienced pilots, AWACS, tankers and plenty of gas and could make Iran a no-fly zone if they needed to.

Actually, you can see time-travelers returning to the Earth on most any clear night. They’ve gone into the future, but didn’t think about the fact that the Earth isn’t ‘there’ yet. We call them meteors.

Criswell Predicts

Who is he?????

He was a so-called prophet who, like Jean Dixon predicted what was to happen in the future. He published two books about 1968 and 1969 full of prophecies which never came true.
(Castro killed in 1973, by a woman,
Denver destroyed by a glob falling from space,
The nation’s capitol moving to Wichita, KS,
The end of the world in the 1990s).

He had a bit part in the movie PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE (vampires from space) in which he opens his coffin and gives us an introduction to the movie.

This is a realistic scenario, with one exception.

The writer assumes that the bombardment of Iran would have a pause once they tried to sloe the Strait.

Even Jimmy Carter knew the import of mideast oil to the US and rest of the work, thus the Carter Doctrine of 1980.

Not even Obama could avoid murderous war over an attempt to close the Strait, since that action alone, as the article projects, would cost 10's of millions their lives.

The 3rd world would suffer the brunt of closure.

.....Just remember why there are no Arabs on Star Trek....

That is not correct. There was a prominent Arab officer on DS 9. Lieutenant Julian Subatoi Bashir, M.D., was a Star Trek Arab
