I agree.
All one has to do is just skip over a post if it has been discussed to his/her own satisfaction previously-and without insulting the current poster!
It's unrealistic to think that any/all posters are here so often that they may know for certain that something has or has not been discussed recently.
This kind of thing discourages people from participating and posting. I'm speaking from my personal experience. I came here a couple nights ago with the intention to post an article, but after reading some of the bickering in this thread I decided it wasn't worth the chance of being cut down. As I'm an infrequent poster and visitor I'm not always up on what has been talked about recently.
A message forum should be a fun, informative and- most of all- a civil place for people to come together.
