The story surrounding the shooting death of Donald Barton has divided opinions.
The admitted shooter, Cory Pinkerton, stated to Huntington, Indiana police that he, the victim and a few friends had been drinking. According to someone close to those involved, Mr. Barton said he was going to leave to cause trouble. The group tried to talk him out of it. That is when Mr. Pinkerton went upstairs, shortly returning with a loaded shotgun.

Yeah, just as it would have had to have been cocked prior to being released. And the gun would have had to have been loaded prior to being fired, and all those involved were raised stupid prior to getting drunk and deciding this was a good idea.
As anyone who would buy a piece of 'carp' like that guitar...

I agree. The way it was described in the official release, sounds almost premeditated.
