Very poor judgment on this young lady's part. NEVER mention clients/employees by name. It is a good idea NOT to post work related complaints publicly on FB or other net forums anyway, particularly if you are using your real name.

Obviously, said lady has never hung around a Spanish Tapas bar, Greek cafe, or any bar in New York from 11PM on. But to be fair to this person, a three hour dinner, let alone lunch, is rare in North Carolina.

A $40 bottle of wine. Maybe the cost to the restaurant is $10.00. Maybe the time to serve said wine is 5 minutes But I should tip $8.00 (20%) on said wine because.......??? Only a fool and an idiot would do that

Thank you for this post. I was having a hard time understanding your stance on $5 being a great tip for a 3 hour meal. I now understand you are cheap. If you would have put that in your first post you could've saved us an enormous amount of space on this thread.
