The vote is so far a dead heat...with Philly going for Spec-tar over 62%.
This race is a long way from over. So far, Spec-tar is holding his own.

Maybe. But I get the feeling that the reason Obama did not campaign for Specter was because he knew Specter was going down in flames. Obama didn’t want to be associated with a loser.
