A former BYU football player who was charged in connection with a rape case in 2004 has been arrested on a murder charge in Dallas.
According to the Dallas Morning News, Karland Bennett, 25, and another man, Robert Dale Knox, 22, are suspected in the abduction, robbery and shooting of 27-year-old Louis Adam Barajas. Witnesses reported seeing Bennett, Knox and another man force the shooting victim into a car. When he was found, the man had been shot multiple times. He died at a hospital, the newspaper reported.

Looks like BYU was not happy about being ranked below Baylor in the NCAA Murder Rankings.
Say what you will, but I say Mormons make great neighbors!
Looks like a typical Mormon to me.
“he was such a good boy”
*snicker*
And Hussein loses another voter—for a few years anyhow.
what ever happened to that rape story?.....sort of just disappeared didn’t it.. I’m sure there were plenty who blamed the victim or her parents...etc.....well now maybe some people will acknowledge that these guys were probably guilty of that rape as well and by letting the “boys be boys” s murder has occurred.
(And family members & relatives, too!)
That's the point, though...we'd like to keep them around us forever.
What? (There's a "typical" world-wide Mormon now?)
when I read these kinds of stories here on FR there will always be a number of posters attacking the victim...like in the Kobe case for instance......but I think being raped is bad enough, but going thru the hostile obscene victim bashing afterwards must be worse.....no wonder this girl didn’t want to go thru another trial....
I just almost choked laughing...
“fell in with a bad crowd”
No, just a large ‘honor student”..
