A gentleman would have immediately helped her back on her feet and said "are you alright mam?". Afterward he would say to himself "screw what Michelle thinks this is proper thing to do!"
Instead, the man-child-in-chief stares and laughs at the incredibly embarrassed young woman.

Mind you I wouldn’t cross the street to piss on Obama, but fair is fair. The woman bounced up immediately after slipping, as Obie was starting in her direction. You lose credibility for slamming him when he doesn’t have it coming.
