Even though his party controls the Legislature, he governs as though it doesn’t exist and the courts have no juridiction.
When and IF the GOP ever takes back COngress and grows some stones, the employment of Executive Orders MUST be constitutionally circumscibed.

President Obama has decided to use his executive power to order tougher fuel efficiency standards for cars and trucks, accelerating the fight against climate change without waiting for Congress This has to be an improper use of "Executive Privilege".
Since when does POTUS tell the citizenry what to do? Other government people, yes, the citizens, NO?!?
What an abuse of power in search of a "cure" for a nonexistent problem.

The last van I bought was a 1995 High Top conversion van. Bought used in 2001. By necessity I need a High Top Conversion for my wife who uses a motorized powered wheelchair. The mini-vans simply won't get up our driveway. I just love in when government decides my transportation needs and requirement for me /sarcasm. Next vehicle will be a used public transport wheelchair accessible small bus. Thanks you so much Barry.
