Most Americans don’t even know that the 14 th amendment DOES NOT allow the children of illegals to have citizenship.
The liberals have rewrote the meaning of the phrase “Born in the U.S. AND subject to the jurisdiction thereof” to mean that any one born in the U.S. is a American citizen. According to Senator Howard( writer of the 14th),” Subject to(citizens of) the jurisdiction thereof” refers to the allegiance of the parents. If the parents(illegals) have no allegiance the the children are not citizens.

Then they can't vote according to their: DEPARTMENT OF ELECTIONS, City and County of San Francisco, sfelections.org

Under FAQ it asks:

Q: Who can vote?

A: U.S. citizens, 18 years or older, who are registered to vote in San Francisco on or before the registration deadline

Republican Senator DeMint offered an amendment to build the border fence. The Democrats blocked it.

“They claim that one-third of the households with children in public schools is headed by parents who aren’t citizens.”

But are they paying taxes?

So a non-citizen immigrant is someone who is not a member of the state or city nor owes allegiance to the state or city he or she currently resides in but whose children attend school there?

We need to set up a guillitine for any elected official who would cvonsider giving illegals the right to vote in any election in the US.

An amusing fact about our “immigration law” once a person enters our country illegally , he/she can never become U.S. citizen. Just another immigration law to be broken by the liberals in the goverment.

But they need the votes. Instead of outsourcing their IN-Sourcing. Just like Obama did when he brought Calderon to the White House, to boost support for his party

Illegals already vote, and in large numbers. Illegals provided the margin of victory for Webb in Virginia and Franken in Minnesota, and for Sanchez in California.

Illegal alien registration is a dirty little secret. Nobody ever checks status - they just tell them to check off the US Citizen block and that’s it.

Democrats are signing them up in large numbers and Republicans are afraid to address the fraud lest they be accused of racism.

Iam literally stunned

I’m not stunned. Even Nancy Peolosi said the other day many of these people are afraid to vote or some such. Which means they entered the country illegally and they are being encouraged to VOTE illegally. They live here after all and use the services don’t they?
