YUP. We now know 2 things:
1. The Democrats are too cowardly to explicitly propose and pass amnesty. they just talk about it, but unlike with their other power grabs, they dont actually do it. (They wanted dumb RINOs to give them political cover, no dice).
2. They will have ‘amnesty through other means’, like the above, which will create political power for illegal aliens and create an impossible situation ... aka a ‘crisis’.
... and Alinskyites never let a crisis go to waste.
