...Once a bill is passed, it has to be signed by the presiding officers and sent to Crist...to review it before he has to sign, veto or simply allow it to become law.
...Of the other 162 bills in the queue, 63 of them – including the $70.4 billion state budget -- must be acted on by next Friday.
