With all due respect, IF the suspected TRUTH about this man comes out, IF it’s reported fairly, and IF the American people at large come to realize the fraud perpetrated upon them (with all associated very negative implications), don’t you think he will have to resign? That the Democrats will have to demand his resignation, in order to save their own behinds or see their party go down in flames for at least a geneartion?
IF he has obtained office via fraud, that must be a crime, which would require impeachment. One can’t run the country from a prison cell.
It’s arguable whether or not simple removal from office is an option, given that he cannot legally hold the office in the first place.
Legal opinions are just that—opinions. Various lawyers might argue against every point you’ve made. It’s for a court to decide, if the issue makes it to court. This is new ground.
There are many possible outcomes, but first and foremost is the TRUTH.
I would be happy to begin with the TRUTH. Then let the chips fall where they may.

No.
Furthermore, the Republicans are complicit in installing him. What more do you know, except perhaps in degree, about this Obama that you, I and every elected Republican, did not know in 2006, 07, 04 08? Sorry. This was, in a considerable degree, a bi-partisan fraud. If anything on this planet was George Bush's fault, allowing Obama to run without protest was it.
The Usurper is no sooner apt to resign than Lenin would have been in 1918. The chaos swirling about the point is by design.

Do not mistake "Impeachment," with removal from office. Impeachment is the trial in the House. Removal of a sitting President also constitutionally requires Conviction in the Senate, which requires a 2/3 vote. Bill Clinton was Impeached. Not Convicted.
Furthermore, ANY court in the land can convict a sitting a President of ANYTHING, and that does not lead automatically to Impeachment. Congress has the option of acting on the crime, or not.
What you are actually considering is that Obama might resign from some sense of honor, or shame, or responsibility. Don't count on it. (Besides, how would the idiotic Biden be an improvement?) With a Republican dominated House, you might get an Impeachment. But I truely believe that more than the required number of Senators would not vote to convict.(66/100)
As a practical matter, one must ask how quickly this could be done. As the term wears on, the chances of it happening grow dimmer by the day.

Where is it arguable? The man is the sitting POTUS, Congress alone can remove him. That's the Constitution. What you (and frankly I) desire is a legal and moral "chain reaction" beginning with the Federal District Court of DC granting a Writ of Quo Warranto. So far, that Obamanated court has not even granted ex relator status to anyone to proceed on the people's behalf, placing the MERE POSSIBILITY of granting the Writ many, many months in the future. Then, win, lose or draw for either side, the case moves to the SCOTUS on appeal.
My bet? This will all eventually happen (I pray), but only after Obama is long out of town.
From your lips to God’s ears. I don’t want to quibble any more. Everybody has an opinion about how it might go down, but without the truth coming out, nothing will go down. At least not soon. Even if the Republicans were complicit, and I agree at least some of them were, the People at large were not complicit, except through ignorance. The truth may waken the sleeping giant. May or may not. Only time will tell. I pray with you, but I pray that it’s soon. The Republic can’t stand much more.
Amen
