I realize the economy is not so healthy and customers get a great bargain from me.
But I dread the twenty mile or more drive only to be cancelled. I wish they would call in stead of me burning my gas and time.
I am sorry that people are so rude. I confirm all my appointments the day before. (Of course, my appointments consist of hairdressing, manicures and pedicures, massages and what not, but they are still appointments)
