Obama: Day for 'partnership' passed By: Carol E. Lee May 26, 2010 05:12 AM EDT

SAN FRANCISCO – President Barack Obama traveled to one of the most liberal enclaves in the country to deliver some of his harshest criticism yet of the Republican Party – attacking the GOP on points where Democrats sense vulnerability, such as energy legislation and immigration reform.

Noting that sometimes conservative activists portray him with a Hitler moustache, Obama seemed to put to rest any notion that there could be broad-based bipartisan cooperation – something he promised to try to bring to Washington during his 2008 campaign.

“There are members of their base who think if somebody even smiles at me, they think, ‘You’re a traitor. You smiled at Obama,’ ” the president said at fundraiser for Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.). “The day has passed when I expected this to be a full partnership.”

There is hardly any “room for cooperation” in the Republican Party, Obama said.

At the same time, he said he understands why the GOP is “sitting on the sidelines.”

“Politically it hasn’t been bad for them,” he said – an apparent reference to the Republicans’ expected gains in the midterm congressional elections this fall.

Gee, the current atmosphere is nothing like the toxic atmosphere from the dems when “Bushitler” and “the chimp” were in the White House. At least conservatives have yet to make a movie about assassinating Obama.

Even they knew he was lying...that there was never partnership.

“People weren’t paying attention to me when I said change is hard,” Obama said.....

It’s always about “me”...and he just can’t help himself from talking to us like we are stupid and need him to ‘show us the way’.

WE are NOT his ‘students’, we are Americans and HE works for US.

He will experience how hard change really is in NOVEMBER.

attacking the GOP on points where Democrats sense vulnerability, such as energy legislation and immigration reform.

So they think Americans want to be forced to take mass transit to work (or ride in their AlGore-approved Trabant); be forced to live in government-approved communal apartments; and bow to the nearest drunk-driving, child-raping, drug dealing South American escapee.

And that they will turn out in droves to vote in Democrats for forcing these things on us.

Good luck with that one.

Cheers!

Dear Obuttocks:

There is hardly any “room for cooperation” in the Republican Party, Obama said.

One does not "cooperate" with one's own murder, generally speaking. We have historical memories long enough to remember what happened the last time a group of people willingly "cooperated" with a charismatic, narcissitic "saviour" of the nation.

Obama, you stinking insult to a steaming pile, the “Day for ‘partnership’” passed when you shoved socialized medicine down our throats. It should have passed when liberals began rooting for our troops to lose in Afghanistan and Iraq back in 2001-2003.

Hell. It should have passed back in the Sixties when the radical left began to take over the Democratic Party.

Or maybe it should have passed back in the thirties when Roosevelt began to destroy this country, planting the seeds for what we have today.

So much history, so little time for liberals to understand it.

My friend visited his mother recently, and she is a product and employee of the Public School system, liberal to the core.

When he was there, my friend heard her say to someone (regarding Barack Obama) “What is with all the hate?”

She was probably one of the people circulating the BushChimpHitler poster via email.

“Noting that sometimes conservative activists portray him with a Hitler moustache...”

Why do that? We aren’t saying he is Hitler. It is just that there are a lot of eerie parallels:
******************

WHO AM I?
I was born in one country, raised in another.. My father was born in another country. I was not his only child. He fathered several children with numerous women.

I became very close to my mother, as my father showed no interest in me. My mother died at an early age from cancer.

Later in life, questions arose over my real name.

My birth records were sketchy and no one was able to produce a legitimate, reliable birth certificate.

I grew up practicing one faith but converted to Christianity, as it was widely accepted in my country, but I practiced non-traditional beliefs & didn’t follow christianity, except in the public eye under scrutiny.

I worked and lived among lower-class people as a young adult, disguising myself as someone who really cared about them.

That was before I decided it was time to get serious about my life and I embarked on a new career.

I wrote a book about my strugges growing up. It was clear to those who read my memoirs that I had difficulties accepting that my father abandoned me as a child.

I became active in local politics in my 30’s then with help behind the scenes, I literally burst onto the scene as a candidate for national office in my 40s. They said I had a golden tongue and could talk anyone into anything. That reinforced my conceit.

I had a virtually non-existent resume, little work history and no experience in leading a single organization. Yet I was a powerful speaker and citizens were drawn to me as though I were a magnet and they were small roofing tacks.

I drew incredibly large crowds during my public appearances. This bolstered my ego. At first, my political campaign focused on my country’s foreign policy. I was very critical of my country in the last war and seized every opportunity to bash my country.

But what launched my rise to national prominence were my views on the country’s economy. I pretended to have a really good plan on how we could do better and every poor person would be fed & housed for free.

I knew which group was responsible for getting us into this mess. It was the free market, banks & corporations. I decided to start making citizens hate them and if they were envious of others who did well, the plan was clinched tight.

I called mine “A People’s Campaign” and that sounded good to all people.

I was the surprise candidate because I emerged from outside the traditional path of politics & was able to gain widespread popular support.

I knew that, if I merely offered the people ‘hope’ , together we could change our country and the world.

So, I started to make my speeches sound like they were on behalf of the downtrodden, poor, ignorant to include “persecuted minorities” like the Jews. My true views were not widely known & I needed to keep them unknown, until after I became my nation’s leader.

I had to carefully guard reality, as anybody could have easily found out what I really believed, if they had simply read my writings and examined these people I associated with.

I’m glad they didn’t. Then I became the most powerful man in the world. And the world learned the truth.

Who am I? .........

ADOLPH HITLER!
Who did you think I was talking about?
