Tony Blair is set to earn millions of pounds advising an American businessman on how to make money from tackling climate change.

The former prime minister will be paid at least £700,000 a year to act as a “strategic adviser” to Khosla Ventures, a venture capitalist firm founded by Indian billionaire Vinod Khosla.

The Californian company bankrolls businesses hoping to profit from technology that helps reduce global warming and carbon emissions.

Mr Blair secured the job thanks to his “influence” and high level international contacts, whom he will be expected to lean on to open doors.

He has told friends he needs £5 million a year to fund his lifestyle.

Yeah, I’m sure Blair is a real expert on climate change.

Probably as much as an expert as are the “experts”.....heh!

What’s so very different from Blair using his influence with world leaders as a former Prime Minister to have them see his view (or his bought and paid for view) on climate change and Sarah Ferguson getting paid to introduce business clients with an agenda to Prince Andrew?

Wanna advise on climate change? First job: tell us how to plug a 1-foot hole in the Gulf.
Can’t plug a measly hole that will affect life on earth? Go away.

There are trillions to be made.

If you need $10 million a year to live on, this is the industry for you. All you have to do is get the carbon credit law passed and its easy street.

This is simply not the job for you or for me unless you have political connections. I do not have any.

The global warming hysteria is worth TRILLIONS of dollars.

Those who are pushing this fraud should be facing life in prison for their scamming the public coffers and defrauding investors.

And now you know why politicians will never give up on the global warming garbage: it’s all about the phoney baloney high-paying jobs it provides them when their day is done.

I am starting to realize how much human activity revolves around creating, addressing or stopping stupidity.

Truth requires little, and benefits few.
Stupidity justifies enormous effort and profit for many.
Hence we get so much of the latter, and find it so hard to find the former.

Great pic!

Oh my, that’s Tony, can’t even find his willie and Khosla Ventures wants to pay him 700K in Pounds Sterling as a ‘strategic adviser’…….Vinod, Vinod, Vinod.

Now here’s my curiosity, is Blair going to help the company steer around these ‘wouldn’t even make a decent street reflector’ green organizations morphing into businesses with a drip hooked up to the arteries of every producing US citizen or is Blair showing Khosla how to hook up another drip line, other than its reach around for some of our premium ore?
