Bill provides citizen militia to enforce health care

The civilian paramilitary force that Obama and Rahm Emmanuel have been talking about since the campaign has been brought into existence finally, buried deep within the 1300+ page health care bill. These are the jack-booted thugs who will be forcing you to take vaccinations with a gun pointed at your head, and anything else the health service deems necessary during a “national emergency.” As NoisyRoom.net notes, page 1312 lays out the “SEC. 5210″, which is “Establishing a Ready Reserve Corps”:
(1) IN GENERAL.–here shall be in the Service a commissioned Regular Corps and a Ready Reserve Corps for service in time of national emergency.
(4) ACTIVE DUTY.–Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall at all times be subject to call to active duty by the Surgeon General, including active duty for the purpose of training.
(5) WARRANT OFFICERS.–Warrant officers may be appointed to the Service for the purpose of providing support to the health and delivery systems maintained by the Service and any warrant officer appointed to the Service shall be considered for purposes of this Act and title 37, United States Code, to be a commissioned officer within the Commissioned Corps of the Service.
But in fact, it’s not all just about “emergency situations.” As we read in the subsection titled “Purpose and Use of Ready Reserve”:
The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service’s reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions.
So there you have it: a uniformed paramilitary “corps” is being formed to force the American people to comply with the dictates of the new Ministry of Health Care, both during emergency and “routine” situations. I hope that doesn’t make you nervous or anything.
So what happens when this citizen militia decides they don’t like enforced healthcare anymore than the rest of us do, and turn on the thugs in D.C.??

there is already a uniformed health service corps. It is called the Public Health Service. It is one of the 7 uniformed services.
‘‘(b) ASSIMILATING RESERVE CORP OFFICERS INTO THE REGULAR CORPS.—Effective on the date of enactment of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, all individuals classified as officers in the Reserve Corps under this section (as such section existed on the day before the date of enactment of such Act) and serving on active duty shall be deemed to be commissioned officers of the Regular Corps. ‘‘(c) PURPOSE AND USE OF READY RESEARCH.— ‘‘(1) PURPOSE.—The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service’s reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions. ‘‘(2) USES.—The Ready Reserve Corps shall— ‘‘(A) participate in routine training to meet the general and specific needs of the Commissioned Corps; ‘‘(B) be available and ready for involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel; ‘‘(C) be available for backfilling critical positions left vacant during deployment of active duty Commissioned Corps members, as well as for deployment to respond to public health emergencies, both foreign and domestic; and ‘‘(D) be available for service assignment in isolated, hardship, and medically underserved communities (as defined in section 799B) to improve access to health services

Uniform of the day is black shirts, black boots and white lettering.
They will be carefully screened and will have special perks to keep their loyalty.
This is 0bama’s SS. They will probably be indistinguishable from the Black Panthers.
This is not only old stuff but the Uniformed Corps described has been around since the inception of our country.
They have been in support of the HHS and FDA for a long time.
This is basically an expansion to get more people working for the Government. As private doctors opt out of their profession because of the bad health care bill then government health employees will start taking over.
The intent of the Dims is to become like the Soviet Union where everyone is a government employee and everything is owned by the government.
They aren’t “military”, so they are exempt from that law.
Besides, “laws” are for little people, not for elitists.
I believe they are pulling regular military people into it as well.
And if they're organized as a military type unit I'm not so sure they can dance out of it quite that easily. Now I do understand and agree that democrats don't' worry about what is legal.
You’re way behind the curve. This has nothing to do with military/militia. It is a government-organized group of doctors etc. ready to attend to disaster victims on short notice.
Unfotunately, those who want to shout “the Obama is creating his private army!” are twisting this to fit that notion.

They already got rules to halt the distribution of food by geographic area in the event of some "emergency" or other....part of the food health and quarantine rules passed during the swine flu panic.
This isn’t what we have been fearing. This looks like augentmentation to the Public Health Service. The Surgeon General is an Admiral in the PHS. The PHS is uniformed, but they ARE NOT armed. This is not a militia.
I don’t trust the POTUS either, but this is a non-issue.
