I wish Cynthia McKinney could have been aboard. Maybe next time.
Only two?
Darn!
And don't doubt they would try to shoot the soldiers either.
Oh no, two more St. Pancakes.
Whoa
That's just stupid. But then, I guess that's Darwin in action, weeding out the stupid ones.

additional information1
By Col.(Ret.)Jonathan Fighel2”
SNIPPET: “1. Prominent among the coalition organizations participating in the aid flotilla scheduled to arrive in the Gaza Strip in the coming days is the Turkish IHH (Insani Yardim Vakfi, IHH, humanitarian relief fund). It is a radical Islamic organization which was established in 1992 and formally registered in Istanbul in 1995.
2. Already back in 1996,the organization was identified by the CIA as a radical Islamic humanitarian organization bearing the name of INTERNATIONAL HUMANITAIRE HILFSORGANIZATION (IHH) A.K.A International Humanitarian Relief Organization, whose main offices were located in Zagreb and Sarajevo, its Headquarters in Germany, established by a member of the Turkish Refah Party. The CIA report mentioned that the organization was at that time in connections with Extremist groups in Iran and Algeria.
3. The January 1996 CIA report” International Islamic NGOs and links to terrorism” was declassified by the USA government after September 2001 Al Qaeda attacks in the USA as part of the government trails against captured Al Qaeda members facing trails in the US. The report portrays a large number of identified Islamic organizations linked to radical Islamic groups.
4. The CIA report deals with the charities and their involvement in terrorism in the context of the conflict situation at that time in Bosnia, where aiding Muslims in distress was an Islamic religious duty. Islamic activists dominate the leadership of the largest charities, and prominent members of some smaller organizations have been identified as extremists. The main objectives of these organizations include proselytizing, helping the needy, and defending Muslim communities from enemies. Where Muslims are engaged in armed conflict, some Islamic organizations provide military aid as part of a “humanitarian” package.”

“IDF Surprised Flotilla at Night and Arrested Passengers”
by Tzvi Ben Gedalyahu
SNIPPET: “Late Sunday night, the Israeli Navy surprised the flotilla bound for Hamas-controlled Gaza in international waters and hundreds of IDF soldiers who came by air and sea boarded the ships and announced to all passengers that they are under arrest..
One of the crew said that one Navy warship had contacted the six boats in the flotilla and asked them to identify themselves. They were told the Navy would board the boats if the ships’s crew and passengers do not agree to head for the Ashdod port instead of the Gaza Coast, where Israel maintains sovereignty under the Oslo Accords and does not allow ships to approach without searching them for arms.
International law allows for countries to ask suspicious boats to identify themselves. The vessels’ passengers did not cooperate and called the move “scare tactics” on their streamed broadcasts.
The IDF searched the boats for arms immediately after the takeover. The soldiers were forced to use tear gas after they were attacked with knives, daggers and cudgels, putting their lives in danger.”
Either shoot a few morons or sink the ship and kill 10’s or 100’s of morons! Go get em Israel!

“Military Clashes between Hamas Activists and Israel on the Mediterranean Sea Likely by Month’s End”
by IPT News May 28, 2010 at 1:52 pm
SNIPPET: “With organizers of the “Freedom Flotilla” determined to violate Israel’s blockade of the Gaza Strip, it appears more and more likely that the incident may escalate into a military confrontation between Israel and the ruling Hamas regime in Gaza.
Earlier this week, seven senior ministers of the Israeli government announced that Israel will block the ships from entering Gaza and will direct them to the Israeli port city of Ashdod by force, if necessary.
Following the announcement, on Thursday, Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Director General met with the ambassadors of Turkey, Cyprus, Sweden, Ireland and Greecethe countries of departure for the eight ships carrying about 10,000 tons of humanitarian and 750 activists. Israel again invited the organizers to dock at the Ashdod port and offered to transfer the cargo to Gaza, after appropriate examination, in accordance with Israeli and international law. Cyprus is the only country that decided to ban any ships from sailing from its shores.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry stated that if Israel’s offer to flotilla leaders is rejected it will “use all the means at its disposal” to prevent the ships from entering the port, although Israel hopes to avoid the use of force.”

Hamas Official: We Will Not Relinquish Our Arms, Nor a Single Grain of Palestinian Soil
In a May 27, 2010 meeting with senior Hamas clerics, Hamas official in Gaza Salah Al-Bardawil said that the movement would not relinquish its arms and would not negotiate over a single grain of Palestinian soil, and that its strategy is based upon resistance.
He added that Hamas is working to encourage resistance in the West Bank, and has recently formed ties with many elements worldwide to alleviate the siege on Gaza.
He also referred to the Egyptian reconciliation document, saying that this document is impossible to implement and that Hamas has suspended its efforts in this domain.

“Militants Aboard Flotilla Open Fire on IDF Soldiers”
by Rachel Sylvetsky and Eli Stutz
SNIPPET: “The IDF reports that the crew of the Gaza-bound flotilla lay in wait for the IDF to board their vessel and then attacked IDF soldiers, opening fire on them. One crew member reportedly snatched a gun from an IDF soldier and then opened fire on the troops. Another soldier was stabbed in the stomach with a sharp object. The soldier is in moderate condition and was transferred for medical treatment by helicopter to Rambam Hospital in Haifa. Doctors there determined he would require surgery. Three other soldiers were also wounded and were transferred to Tel Hashomer hospital.
According to the IDF spokesperson, the crew of the flotilla were not peaceful humanitarians, but rather militants who were preparing for provocation and violence, and were planning to stage a “lynch” of the Israeli soldiers.”
