Don't you hate when people assume the worst of the motivations of others? Especially people who shouldn't be making any social commentary, like Sarah Silverman, comedian and author of "The Bedwetter: Stories of Courage, Redemption, and Pee."
In her book, Silverman attacks the Tea Party movement and "right-wing Americans," suggesting their efforts aren't for the sake of fiscal responsibility and the fear the country is headed toward an entitlement state, but instead - veiled racism. Silverman, who had her own run-in with Guy Aoki, president of the Media Action Network for Asian Americans, for using the word "chink" in a joke, said his cause, to combat racism against Asians, is more difficult today because of this so-called camouflage.

Like most comedians, Sarah Silverman can be really funny but horribly misguided at the same time. Comedians love to think of themselves as counter culture warriors, standing up to convention and ridiculing the herd. Mostly they are craving peer acceptance.
They cannot see their own cowardice, the “herd” would not laugh if they defended Sarah Palin or Bush, or if they began ridiculing Obama, Code Pink, Global Warming, the Gay Agenda, Feminism, the Castros, NPR or any of the Left’s protected icons. Comedians’ need for acceptance is deep and it blinds them to 50% of the good jokes, jokes that would offend their friends and the Hollywood big shots that they worship.
These liberals don't really believe that Fox, Rush, Hannity, Savage, etc. are about racism; they're just setting the stage to shut them down through false allegations. They know that Fox and talk radio are are dedicated to freedom, and to liberating Americans from the LIES and false promises of liberalism. They HATE the light when it shines on them. They know that attacking truth is an impossible endeavor over the long run, so they assign false intentions to the honest folks and then attack those false intentions. There's really nothing more disgusting than a liberal, they're walking, talking liars.

Her humor has also touched on other religions. In 2009 she suggested the Pope sell the Vatican and use some of the money for luxurious housing and the remainder to stop world hunger saying he would “get crazy p*ssy.”
As of January 2010 Silverman is dating Family Guy producer/writer Alec Sulkin.

I really don’t mind that she hates Fox news. Sometimes I find them tedious. But, I would love to know who she thinks is balanced these days. I think you have to get your information from a variety of sources, and from a variety of perspectives.
