Bullfrog is right on this one. Bauer is not only a Huckabee-type but, unlike Huckabee, Bauer is known even among SC Rs as - to put it politely - not very smart. Bauer may not be as bad on the issues as Fiorina, but he makes up for it in lack of intellect. I note that even the press was commenting on the failure of the first accuser to come up anything to substantiate his story. Don’t underestimate the slime machine that is SC politics.
I don’t consider 3 hour 1:00AM chats to be nothing.

Why are you now, and have been, implying that Haley is unfaithful? Suddenly you see merit in the allegations of two ‘Republicans’. Allegations that have been put forth without a scintilla of evidence to back them up. If Hunter had endorsed Haley you would be defending her to the nth degree.
Until they provide proof, Democrats can not be trusted in their smears as they have no honor. They could easily make up 50 affairs about a female Republican without proff. They are smear machines.
I really don’t care about the SC governorship. that’s there business. If they believe Nikki, so be it. I just find it downright hilarious how Precious has so many stooges here defending here honor when they have no more clue than I have if she’s a serial cougar.

I think pissant is weary of GOP slime buckets getting into office and then being forced to resign. Me too.
But in this case, Leftists have not provided proof of this smear and since it is the second unproven smear, I have to give the candidate the benefit of the doubt. I hope she’s not a slime bucket.

Not content with just saying you don't favor Sarah Palin, you need to trash everybody she has endorsed. I'm not happy with many of her endorsements either, since she endorsed McStain. But I don't care about endorsements. Really. Doesn't matter a whit to me who she likes in SC, or WA either, for that matter. I'm just unhappy about AZ, but I understand her reasons for that one.
Smoke/fire? Or a pattern of media sleaze? I’d like to see more convincing evidence, or any evidence for that matter, before I listen to the media. For now, I’ll assume that all mainstream media attacks on conservatives have the same total absence of research as the claims that Sarah wasn’t Trig’s mother. Occasionally, I’ll be wrong, as I was with Larry Craig, but that seems to be a very small fraction of the mud that’s thrown around.
The dirty secret is that I like Palin just fine, by and large. Some of her endorsements stunk (Perry) and stink (Carly). Nikki by all appearances seems to have been a fine endorsement, at least as much so as a couple of the other conservatives in the race.
It’s the Palin Coronation Crowd here that gives me indigestion.
