They do rot....but it is because of the Marxist ideology which is preventing competition and meritocracy to be rewarded and government taking more and more freedom away from the people, interfering in all aspects of life.
PC is what is ruining every institution, plus it is taking women away from the job of nurturing their children with a loving husband, which excels the process in our destruction because we are raising illiterate, uncontrollable, unmotivated, depressed, immature people. The destruction of religion by our government(as was done in Europe) is also a major factor since immorality places a bigger need for government to interfere.
We are heased for some bad and hard times as a Nation.
Times that will separate the boys from the men and the girls from the women. And the way things are going, most will not make it.
