For now, NY-29 residents wait patiently for a verdict to be handed down by the local district federal court that plans to release its ruling this week -- an unnecessary imperative for the residents who want nothing more than to have their voices heard in Washington and a plight that is only too recognizable in the national polls.

NY 29th is probably better off WITHOUT Representation, than the NeoMarxist you HAD.

I’d be happy to go without representation for at least as long as you had ... if it meant getting rid of NY 24th.. COMRADE MO HIN CHEE (yea, Hinchey)

None of us is getting representation. Congressmen don’t answer their phones and the illegitimate president flies up and over tea parties trying to get his attention.

Massa resigned around March 9, 2010.

U.S. House of Representatives Roll Call Votes 111th Congress - 2nd Session (2010)

The roll call votes for which we've been denied representation...

I can't be flip about it.

None of us is getting representation.

Then you chose unwisely. We, however, are not getting an election.

And I'll just throw this in since I'm not the only one who's been wondering...

Did Obama offer David Paterson a job too?

How do you know whom I “chose”? You’re barking up the wrong tree.

None of us is getting the representation the Founders intended.

Original House of Representatives apportionment was 1:30000.

Today it is 1:700000.

Were apportionment today at 1:30000 we would have 10000 Congressmen....meeting electronically form their home districts.

Legislation would of necessity be restricted to issues of TRUE collective importance to the United States...and that would not include the Spotted Owl....or aunt granny’s water pill.

With son-of-stimulus, amnesty, and cap-and-tax all scheduled for a vote before the end of summer, Paterson's intentions don't pass the sniff test.

I don't think the rats have the votes, but with margins so close since the rats used blue dogs and other so called moderates to get control of Congress, every vote counts.
