Now, I think the guy’s a creep, but I’m still waiting for evidence, which I believe will be found. However, I’ve always thought that the “waterless bathtub” angle was pretty weak. I can’t even tell you how many leaky tubs I’ve fixed in the last 35 years!

Sure, if it’s Peterson’s wife, then Peterson is toast. But I’m just saying that I would be surprised if Peterson told a fellow inmate where he dumped his wife. If the inmate directs them to a body, I would find it just as likely that it’s some unknown body the inmate put there. They should be able to confirm that pretty easy though with DNA.

Apparently no date set yet, because his case is on automatic appeal to the California Supreme Court. I have no idea when that appeal will be heard. I’ll have to do more Googling...
