California Republicans optimistic about their prospects in November could find themselves with a bit of a problem after the votes are counted in Tuesday’s primaries - a statewide ticket with the so-called “Birther Queen” as one of their candidates.
Orly Taitz is an Israeli émigré who has spent the last two years filing lawsuits challenging President Barack Obama’s right to be president on the grounds that he was born in Kenya. In the process, she has earned herself $20,000 in court fines.
Now she’s running for the GOP nomination for secretary of state, and with her establishment-backed primary opponent mounting a less-than-stellar campaign against her, operatives say there’s a chance she could win.
“It’d be a disaster for the Republican party,” says James Lacy, a conservative GOP operative in the state. “ Can you imagine if [gubernatorial candidate] Meg Whitman and [candidate for Lt. Gov.] Abel Maldonado—both of whom might have a chance to win in November—had to run with Orly Taitz as secretary of state, who would make her cockamamie issues about Obama’s birth certificate problems at the forefront of her activities?”
“There is no Republican candidate for statewide office that would be willing to have her campaign with them,” says Adam Probolsky, a spokesman for the Orange County Republican Party.

The victory would be very short-lived, as she would crash and burn so hard in November.
But I sincerely doubt she’ll come close to even whiffing victory Tuesday. I think this story is just more media-made drama.

It's really simple. He won't release it because it isn't necessary to prove his eligibility. All the information necessary to prove natural born status is on the short form he already released.
Why are you so obcessed with the doctor and hospital? What possible relevance does it have to his eligbility?

I’m referring to the august Jim Robinson who also questions 0thugga’s eligibility, and considers it a legitimate topic and question, which qualifies him in the “birther” camp.

The HDOH has confirmed several different times that Obama’s BC has been amended, which is supposed to be noted on a genuine COLB but isn’t noted on either Factcheck or Fight the Smears. And the certificate number and filing date on the Factcheck COLB aren’t compatible, according to the HDOH. That’s 2 different ways we know the Factcheck COLB is a forgery, based on what the HDOH itself has said.
Hawaii can’t confirm that Obama was born in Hawaii because what they have for him is not prima facie evidence. What they could confirm (if Obama would give them permission) is that they have a CLAIM that Obama was born in Hawaii - which is what Fukino said in her July 2009 statement. She said that Obama’s vital records (plural, meaning that there is more than one document included in Obama’s birth record) include a claim that Obama was born in Hawaii.
Interestingly enough, the AG’s office has backed off of even that much and now claims that Fukino’s basis for her statement was not what she saw on the birth certificate but Obama’s name being on the current birth index list - which the AG’s office says means that the birth was in Hawaii. But if they include in the current index legally deficient records (those which are not prima facie evidence, as is the case with Obama’s) then the birth index says nothing about the legal status of any claims made on the document, including the place of birth.
Furthermore, government officials are required to show the documents on which they base public announcements. That’s because the HDOH, for instance, is not AUTHORIZED to make announcements. They are authorized to release documents, from which people can make their own conclusions. So why does Fukino refuse to release the documents on which she based her statement?
And why did she illegally hide the Administrative Rules until November 2009?
And why is the HDOH destroying permanent records - for which they are now under investigation by the Ombudsman’s Office?

No they have not. You are inferring (incorrectly) that it is amended based on some of their responses to you. However, you have yet to provide a single quotation from HDOH stating that it is amended.
If you had asserted that statements from the HDOH imply, in your opinion, that his BC it is amended, then you would be telling the truth.
However, since you have no statement from the HDOH that the factcheck COLB is forged, or even that the BC is amended, the your assertion that DHOH confirmed the COLB was forged is an outright lie.
Since lying is a sin, I suggest you stop. Consider this fraternal correction from a fellow believer.
To come right out and say that the Factcheck and FTS COLB’s are forgeries would require more honesty than can be found in the entire Hawaii government. So no, the HDOH hasn’t come right out and said it.

A person can confirm something without coming right out and saying it. For instance, I could say, “There was a choice between chocolate or vanilla. Pf the two, I chose the choice other than chocolate.” There would be no direct quote where I said I chose vanilla, but I confirmed that I chose vanillla.
