The United States is just the 85th most peaceful nation on earth, according to the fourth annual Global Peace Index (GPI), a statistical ranking based on 23 qualitative and quantitative indicators from political stability and military expenditures to gun sales, violent crime and "respect for human rights."
The 85th position does not even rank the U.S. in the upper half in the 149-nation list, which was released Tuesday.
But some of the countries ranked ahead of the U.S. may raise a few eyebrows: China, Cuba, Libya, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Chile and the United Arab Emirates

How can this be? Didn’t our usurper leader man get the Nobel PEACE prize? He got it precociously with just 9 days on the job, and has been on a peace tear ever since then! Fomenting peace in Honduras, Iran, and elsewhere.
